Terms of Service

These Terms govern your access to and use of MyAgents ("the Service"), operated by AI Company Nordic AB, company registration number 5591637359, Källvägen 11, 191 46 Sollentuna, Sweden ("we", "us"). By creating an account you agree to these Terms.

1. Accounts

You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for activity under your account.

2. Acceptable use

Do not use MyAgents to violate laws, infringe rights, or attempt to disrupt the Service.

3. Subscriptions & billing

Paid plans renew automatically. You can cancel any time from Subscription settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. If a payment fails, autonomous agent work may pause while you sign in and update your payment method.

4. AI output

AI suggestions are provided as-is. You are responsible for verifying outputs before acting on them.

5. Features under development

Features labelled "coming soon" in the product — including telephony and certain integrations — are not operational yet and are provided for preview only.

6. Data ownership

You own your content. You grant MyAgents a limited license to process it solely to provide the Service. A Data Processing Agreement is available on request.

7. Termination

You may delete your account from Account & Privacy. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Company Nordic AB is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by Swedish law.
