Your data is yours. Your agent asks before it acts.
An agent that reads your email, your customers and your private life has to be built for trust from the first line of code. This is how we do it.
Your data is yours
We use what you give us to do what you ask, nothing else. We never sell data and never train AI models on it. Your account is isolated from everyone else's.
Stored in the EU
Database and files live with our provider in the EU, encrypted at rest and in transit. AI calls go through an EU gateway; no content is retained by the model provider.
You decide what the agent sees
Mailboxes, LinkedIn, WhatsApp and calendar are connected only when you choose, and can be disconnected any time under Settings.
Nothing is sent without your yes
Emails, SMS, posts, bookings and payments are held in Approve until you say yes. You can always edit the text first.
Cards and payments
Card details are handled by Stripe (PCI DSS level 1) and never reach our servers. The agent only sees the card's name and last four digits.
Delete everything whenever you want
Under Settings → Account you can delete the account and all data. It cannot be undone and we keep no copies beyond what accounting law requires.
Consent before tracking
No tracking cookies until you say yes in the consent box. Fonts and scripts load from our own servers, not from third parties.
Sub-processors
Lovable Cloud (database/hosting, EU), Stripe (payments), Twilio (SMS and calls), Unipile (LinkedIn/WhatsApp/Instagram), Firecrawl (web search). Data processing agreements are in place for all.
Questions about data and security
Does it send anything without me knowing?+
No. Every email, SMS, post, booking and purchase waits for your yes. You see exactly what will be sent, to whom and what it costs before it happens.
How does the agent pay when it books or buys?+
With a card you saved through Stripe and gave a name, for example "Company card". The agent always asks "Shall I pay 876 kr with the Company card?" and waits for your yes. Card numbers live at Stripe, never with us.
Where is my data stored?+
In the EU, encrypted. We never train AI models on your data, never sell it, and you can delete everything yourself at any time. We follow GDPR and ask for consent before any tracking.
Do I need to install anything?+
No. The app runs in the browser and can be added to the home screen as an app on both iPhone and Android. SMS works in your normal messaging app.
