MyAgents is an AI agent that connects to your Fortnox. It matches every credit note to the invoice it credits, warns you every morning when something doesn't add up and goes through the month's supplier and customer invoices and payroll basis. You review and approve in the app. Nothing is paid and nothing is deleted.
What problem does the integration solve?
Many companies and accounting firms spend two to three days every month collecting and checking documents before they go into Fortnox: invoices in the inbox, paper receipts, time reports and absence per employee.
MyAgents does that review for you. The agent reads what is already in Fortnox, looks for what stands out and says what is missing. What remains are the few things that actually need your decision.
Credit notes against debit invoices, every day
- The agent goes through customer invoices for any period, a month, a year or several years back, and matches every credit note to the invoice it credits.
- Every morning it checks on its own and tells you if a customer has more credit than debit, if an invoice was credited twice or for more than its amount, or if a credit note isn't linked to any invoice.
- Ask any time: "Do we have more credit than debit against Region Gävleborg since 2023?" and get the answer with every invoice.

Receipts and invoices you photograph or upload in MyAgents go straight into the right folder of Fortnox Inkorg when you say so: Vouchers, Supplier invoices, Payroll or Customer invoices. Nothing is booked or paid on its own.

Connecting to Fortnox requires Fortnox's integration licence, which covers all your integrations.

- 1Create an account at myagents.se. The first 14 days are free.
- 2Go to Settings → Accounting and tap Connect Fortnox.
- 3Sign in to Fortnox, pick the company and approve MyAgents.
- 4Write to the agent: "Go through October in Fortnox."
No installation needed. If you want help getting started, we'll go through it with you.
Secure and in your control
- You connect with Fortnox's own sign-in. MyAgents never sees your password.
- Keys are stored encrypted and used only for the permissions you approve.
- Disconnect any time in MyAgents or in Fortnox under Integrations.
- Data is stored in the EU (Ireland) and the AI that reads your books runs in the EU.
